Cardinal Stepinac archbishop of Zagreb and the Dictator Ante' Pavelic are the two that took most of the blame for this genocide. Yet Stepinac was beautified by Pope JPII in 1988. Even though Stepinac died a war criminal under house arrest. The Vatican just says that the communist party in Croatia convicted him of war crimes to make it look like he was the righteous one.
