Dear Craig

I had stated to Eric that I would put my points of contention in a structured email that he could respond to. This was just before he had to attend to a family illness & had taken a few weeks off. I have not got around to selecting the key points from my sources - largely because I have so much material gathered. I also have another matter which I seek to have addressed more fully via another medium that I cannot discuss at present, as nothing has been finalised. This latter matter is also a point that is of much interest to many looking into the Jesuit agenda. However I will state that I am not seeking to undermine Eric but to get some contentious details addressed. Eric is aware of this other matter that I am referring to, but that is all that I will say for now.

Back to the Geneva (current printings: Hendrickson 1560 or Tolle Legge [modern spelling 4th edition] 1599):

That is my Bible of choice & the only one which I now promote:

http://realityresearch.wordpress.com/2010/...odern-spelling/

I will however quote from the KJV from time to time, as it is easier to copy & paste scriptural excerpts from places like:

http://quod.lib.umich.edu/k/kjv/browse.html

I will also often grab my Moroccan-leather Cambridge KJV to refer to for example in phone conversations as is a lot lighter than any Geneva Bible in current publication (including the modern spelling Tolle Legge 1599) which will also hold back its popular usage.

I will try to get this compilation of Geneva Bible questions done. I will however endeavour to make an effort to summarise my findings to allow Eric to respond.

Thanks for the reminder -

Troy

King James himself did not do the actual translating and writing. He had about 4 dozen scholars.

The Geneva was one of the translations mentioned in that page of my King James Bible.
